Why apply for a loan through LoanWala? |

Convenience. Sitting at your home or office, you will simply need to fill a form specifying your need for a home loan, personal loan, car loan and credit card. Banks, NBFCs and DSAs will then call you up with their respective offers and you can make choose the best offer. In a nutshell, you maximize your chances of getting the best loan deal possible right from your desk. |

In how much time will my loan be processed by LoanWala.com? |

| A. |
LoanWala does not provide loans. We provide a platform to connect loan seekers and lenders. Any application on LoanWala is processed immediately and directly to our partner lenders after which they follow up with the applicant directly. In most cases, they call the applicant within 72 hours.
Once the lender contacts you, the loan can be processed within a week or two. However, this is subject to provision of all requisite documents. |

I have yet not been contacted for the loan even after filling the loan application form. What do I do? |

We have ensured that your loan application was sent to the lenders that have partnered with us. If you
have not been contacted as yet, there are 2 possibilities:
- You may have failed on one or more of the eligibility criteria that are employed by our partner lenders.
- We may not have partner lenders in your area as of now. We assure you that we are trying our best to fill this gap.

What are the eligibility criteria to get a loan? |

In most cases, lenders ask us to filter loan seekers based on thecfollowing criteria:
- Age
- Employment Type/Status
- Income
- Current/Total Work Experience
- Credit Card Ownership
- Existing Loan(s)
It would be difficult for us to tell you the range/values specified for each eligibility criteria as it varies from lender to lender.
Also, it must be noted that lenders service eligible loan applicants only on provision of necessary documents and authentic references. Increasingly, lenders are also checking the applicant's credit history through information which is made available by Credit Information Bureau (India) Limited. |
