safe guard you home if a business loan is taken against it?
Is there any way possible to safe guard you home if a business loan is taken against it from bank and you are not in condition to repay you business loan?
Asked by Ashish on 2009-09-14 16:09:46.
First, it depends on what is in the business loan papers. Did you, as the business owner (or one of the business owners), personally guarantee the loan or use the house as collateral. If you are not the business owner or did not personally guarantee the loan or use the house as collateral for the business loan, your home should not be part of it. Second, if you file bankruptcy because of not being able to repay the loan, the home may be shielded in part, under state exemptions. Third, take out a home equity loan for as much as you can (if you can get the loan), so that there is no profit in trying to get the home from you.

its not easy of getting those loans you should keep the proofs of your job or of your property. if he founds them to be clear then they will sanction ur loan and then you must pay them monthly intrest . if you were failed to pay the whole loan money to them they will seal (occupie) your property i.e, which you had gave them as your proofs.

No lender will talk to you unless you provide them with a valid business plan. Go to http://www.sba.gov , http://www.score.org or http://www.bplan.com for sample business plans and instructions on how to write a business plan. Then, go to http://www.score.org/ and in the upper left hand corner, enter your zip code. On the next screen, you will get information on the nearest SCORE chapter. Call them and arrange for a free meeting with a SCORE counselor to review your business plan and discuss various loan options available to you. SCORE is a nonprofit association dedicated to entrepreneur education and the formation, growth and success of small business nationwide. SCORE is a resource partner with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). SCORE has 389 chapters in locations throughout the United States and its territories, with 10,500 volunteers nationwide. Both working and retired executives and business owners donate time and expertise as business counselors.

how to apply business loan to bank manager in letter format?
Asked by aishu s on 2009-02-14 09:02:04.
Hi, Don't Think More formalities. If you need Business loan like personal loan then all private sector banks are ready to do immediately provided you have 3 consecutive year Income tax returns. If you do not have then do not worry just contact the agencies working for this then they will take care of rest just you have to pay their commissionn. If you are seeking for Secured Business loan,CC or some other in this category and also if you havesomem property to fledge then you should ready to spend 3-5 % of amount to get this loan in Nationalised banks. Do not waste your time in meeting bank managers and you will get negativdiscouragege answers from that seniors. So if you really need loan then kindlapproachch right agencies then they will get you on time but pay their commissions only after you get the loan not before that. I hope it will help you.

The best and exact way for applying for a loan as a small business owner or for home, you should contact with the finance expert because he can guide you in the best way as loaning facilities and criteria vary from country to country, so no one can suggest rather than an expert of this field but you can get all type of information from any source.
