Personal Loan?
I want to know how do I get get a personal loan of a decent amount of money. Repayement of loan should be in EMIs. I have newly made PAN card, so haven't any IT return at all. Everybody is asking for 1-2-3 years IT returns. Could you please let me know whethere I'll be able to get any loan or not, if yes then from where if not then never mind.

You can go for a personal loan without IT papers. There are many surrogate schemes that are available in the market such as
1)LIC Premium surrogate - you should have a LIC policy in your name and should be paying the premium on a regular basis. Also there is one more option in this LIC scheme - if you walk down to the LIC regional office and try to get what is the surrender value of your policy - LIC will provide you 90% on the surrended value immediately.
2)Auto Loan repayment surrogate - For this you need to have a car loan running with any financier and the repayment should be clean.
3)Credit Card Surrogate.- you should have a credit card in your name issued by any of the banker.

It took time to incur all that debt.....it's going to take time to get out of it.
There is no easy answer.
And unless you win the lottery....no lump sum either.
I highly recommend you read Dave Ramsey's books. He outlines a program to get your debts paid off. He calls them the Baby Steps.
He also has a radio program and web site.
His strategy for paying off debt is not fun. It takes hard work and sacrifice. But you incurred the debt. You signed your name that you would be responsible for that debt. You have to honor your obligations and pay it off. But it helps to have a strategy for how you are going to do it.

Banks are giving loan to people who prove they don't need a loan. That means they give loan to many affluent section only.
Anyway you can try the bank where you hold your account.

Most if not all of these are scams. What school are you going to that cost that much a semester and why are you going there if you didn't get any financial aid? I am a junior in college and I don't even have half that amount of debt from all my semesters combined!
If that amount is for one semester it is too high, if it is for the year then your school should allow you to break it in half and only worry about paying for each semester. If that amount if for all of college then you are getting a little ahead of yourself, you need to just go one year at a time. And only worry about this first semester right now.
Most school have a cap on how much money you can borrow for the purpose of paying for school. It is very unwise to get a loan personally to you. A legitimate company will deal directly with the college which means you get into less debt and you have lower interest rates. Do your parents know you are opening yourself up to scams like this?
You must be able to find a cosigner, or if you have no one you should have filed independent with your school so that you would get a super amazing financial aid package. Call the financial aid office and ask for advice, but this is not the place to get a loan. I am sorry. Maybe if you want more helpful advice ask this in the financial aid section?
I am not trying to be mean but taking out loans is too easy sometimes, then when you look back its scary how much debt you do have. Good Luck and please be safer than this!
